YOUR PAIN IS A GATEWAY

it's a natural movement to avoid pain. We all do at some degree or another. When it becomes so severe the body struggles to move, this is when we seek outside help. What if the body is telling you a message? And that is exactly what it does. When the energy movement within gets so intense, the body reacts accordingly. That's all it is. What to do, you may ask. and so it comes down to this premise, less effort towards balance, less resistance from the pain. Your awareness battles the already resolving energies and this is what creates inflammation. We call it, stress. Everyday becomes a battle for your place in life. Questions may arise, why am I here? To be with pain? To try and figure it all out? Those questions come from your brain and it does a real good job at trying to keep you safe. However, it has no place with the movement of energy. The resolution occurs naturally without mental interference. The pain that is with you at any given moment is your gateway to all of who YOU are.
