I have written many reviews for this in feelings and ponderings and every time I wanted to write them down it eluded me how to put in words which feels so beyond and is still continually unfolding. And today is no different, but here we go! Every time somethings of the sessions will pop up, get a deeper meaning and more depth in experience. Every word spoken, even at times, as you said, your self sounding so nonchalance, having such layeredness contained within. For me it has been very important these sessions, for it showed me something I had on the surface an inkling of, but could have so easily been the blind spot I would miss. It makes the multidimensionality of our Being so tangible and real. I feel more peace within my Being/being, my body and my mind ( not always haha). My breath has changed, my heart space warm and open. And oh yes, that stronghold of the mind didn't and doesn't give up so easily, but is easier to calm. "That exercise you had me do – leaving the home at age 19 and telling my mother how she affected my life. I found that I am not angry with her. It felt so good to simply tell her. And then I stood there in front of her in my I AM THAT I AM stance and turned and walked out the front door. "Let me start by saying that Muriel had the positive qualities I really enjoy in a person. Friendly, open, engaging and sincere. After thinking about things, I decided to have a session with her. I wanted to wait a while before doing a review because I wanted to assess what had/is taking place within myself and connect the dots from my observation. The session brought things to light that I had put into the back of my mind. She told me that my guides needed to do maintenance on my merkaba, I apparently had been stuck (out of gas so to speak) well, this was not too surprising overall. You are not alone. And yet, along the road to Embodied Realization, all help seems to fall away, to better allow you to connect with your Self.
Going within becomes the only way. All answers are within. And slowly a sort of belief frames that picture that says, no more asking for help outside of your Self.
Awakening brings the path to your feet, often visualised as a slow and steady climb to the top of some imaginary mountain. Walk long enough, allow long enough and that mountain disappears along with all beliefs.

“I’m falling,” Juniper thought as she absentmindedly checked for a parachute on her back.
There was none. And yet, where you would expect feelings of fear and panic, there was only a feeling of resolution.
The concept of death had lost its edge. It was no longer the sharp scythe used to cut the human from life. After all, death was an old friend.
And so she allowed the fall. The mind did not work in the fall, so she had no thoughts to distract her either. Just the sensation of air moving. And as she breathed consciously, her body responded by sticking out its right arm, hand fisted, thumb extended.
She giggled at the reaction, looking out at her hand hitching a ride to who knows where.
It was then she realised she was no longer alone. Standing next to her, as if on a cloud falling in matched rate, there was a hooded figure. No face was visible from within the cowl, but this mattered not, for the being was radiating joy, calm and humour.
And a smell of freshly baked pizza.
Juniper’s stomach growled in response, which seemed to amuse the hooded figure, who gave a small almost unperceivable nod.
I’m no longer falling, Juniper thought, feeling an intense heat radiating through her back which was now firmly attached to the earth beneath her. The sky overhead was a bright light blue, the summer sun heating all that it surveyed. Juniper turned her head to the side and came nose to thorn with a prickly pear.
“Where am I?” she murmured as she carefully turned around to take in her surroundings. She had materialised on an open prairie, the land rising and falling like a calm ocean that never really stood still. Off in the distance, she could see the roof of a house. Above it, in a dimension not as substantial as the prickly pear, hovered a big neon arrow pointing to the house, blinking slowly on, off, on, off, in invitation.
It’s like something from the Hitchhiker’s guide! Maybe she could take a moment to rest along her journey to embodied realisation.
She tried standing, but gravity pulled her to her knees. Oh well, she thought, I can crawl. And so she did. All the way to the steps of Big M’s Rest and Recuperation Station… the smell of freshly baked pizza wafted out along with a peel of laughter that was so inviting Juniper lay down on the bottom step and allowed it all to flow over her.
Sometime later the proprietress of Big M’s had installed Juniper in a hammock on the porch, cool drink an arm's length away, hot pizza within reach, a soft breeze sung a song she felt she remembered. The laughter of the place was always present. Humour was built right into its foundation.
I could stay here forever, Juniper thought.
In an immediate response, her left hand suddenly held her bill. An invitation to move on. It was time. She knew. One more breath, one more sip of the fresh water, one more giggle and a bit of cheesy pizza.
Then she stood, reached for her Interdimensional Credit Card, paid her dues, hugged the proprietress in thanks, nodded to the hooded figure ever present here and stepped off the porch.
As her foot touched the ground, she was falling again, no parachute, no mind. Her belly was full, and not just from all the pizza, but with a warm feeling that she was never alone and help was always there when she allowed!
