 Brain Wave States
Cost: $15/person
Learn to travel to the realms of the invisible worlds. Bring back vital information for your health, relationships, home, job, creativity, ancestral connection, or general well being. Muriel provides a safe and relaxing environment for you to sit or lay down comfortably within your personal space. There will be an intention set before each journey. You will listen as she plays a steady beat on a buffalo drum. This slows down your brain waves from Beta waves to Theta waves (see description below). You will ride the sound to meet your helping compassionate spirit guides. Muriel will then assist the group through Theta Expression (expressing your experience while still in trance through artwork, dance, song, writing, etc.) Your journey is personal and will remain within sacred space. You will have the opportunity to share with the group if you would like, but it is not required. Feel free to bring a blanket, bandana for covering your eyes, a notebook, and a snack to share with the group. 7pm-9:30pm. **Discounts available for large groups** Have fun making your own handmade shakers and rainsticks from dried gourds, recycled products, such as cardboard tubes, cloth, nut shells, dried seeds, grasses, gemstones, beads, bells, etc. And learn how to play them.
