Incoming waves of light frequencies

Waves upon waves, upon waves of light frequencies are here and available to you. More will be coming this year. You will witness this within yourself as you drop layers of conditioning of who you are not and step into your eternal beauty. This may come as unnerving to some in form of emotional, mental, and physical discomforts. There are many #lightworkers that are here for you, if needed. Simply call them in. These waves will be felt deep at the core to lift out that which can no longer stay. We encourage you to be intimate with the breath. Courage is within "encourage" and we honor your presence during these immense changes. We are here within the center of your heart. Watch the unfolding from a perspective of calm. Like a child who learns to walk, you are patient with them. Extend this to your brothers and sisters along your path wherever you are. Ultimately, they have been yearning for you to step into your power. Not power over them, but to walk gently beside them in strength.
